§1 Payments with Paypal must only be sent via Friends & Family with no message. Failure to comply may result in neither receiving the product nor the money.
§2 Returns are only accepted if the key has not been redeemed or there is a product error. This must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
§3 "Account Sharing" is not allowed and will result in the affected account being banned. Exceptions are Netflix, Disney+, and streaming services in general.
§4 Violating the General Rules will result in a ban. If you have already paid for the product and then violate the rules, your money will not be refunded.
§5 Sending any keys and voucher codes in tickets or chats is not recommended, as so-called "Sniper" programs could redeem these codes. In the event of such an incident, no refund will be provided.
